I don’t know one single person who does that and maybe it’s the crowd I run with, but can I just say that I want the kind of life where I actually have a need for a vibrator that fits into my purse, because right now? It works great, and it does all that it promises to do. The intensity control, active when in music mode and located on the dongle, is convenient but a little sensitive. I had a ton of options to explore with regard to intensity and music selection, but as it turns out, I’m just not into having the music in me. Either that, or my vagina hates techno.

But what makes this toy pretty awesome and versatile is that it is highly dependent on what music you select. Clearly, I picked the wrong playlist, but I’ll try again next time and see how we roll. I may have a totally different experience with the right music and then the sky’s the limit! Lucky for me this time, it also works without music and has a manual button with seven pulsating patterns, just in case you’re not in the mood for musical accompaniment. Once I switched it to that mode, I had a nice quiet party instead of the rave I had been planning.

Sure, it sounds good when they tout this material as hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-porous, and latex and phthalate free, but a list of technicalities simply does not compensate for the lack of quality in the visual, touch, and performance departments. For the hard earned $70 I put into it this vibe at babeland.com, I expect a greater respect for my investment. The Naughtibod did arrive in a colorful box that also held the accessories in a clear plastic shell, and it includes a pink velvet storage bag embroidered with the OhMiBod logo. I appreciate the company’s generosity, but I’m afraid that no amount of extra batteries will make up for its toy’s inferior performance. The Naughtibod comes with one end cap for music sex, and another for when your iPod dies or you just want your vibration solo. The non-music end cap operates from a triangle button that controls the Naughtibod’s seven pre-set vibe patterns, and a circle button that cuts the power.

I’d been on the sick list, and though still feeling out of sorts, I was even more sick of missing my vibrators. I thought this a perfect opportunity to break in my Naughtibod, as I was given the impression that the music was going to do most of the work and the vibrator would do me up good. So, in my compromised state of existence I was even more disappointed with the outcome. Since the vibration intensity is completely dependent upon the volume of the music, it had to be turned up so loud that I couldn’t leave the ear buds in and had to lay them by my ears. If I moved my head in the throngs of writhing pleasure, the music would get too loud or fade too much. This was very annoying and distracting from my goal. If you want more of a constant vibe than one to the beat, you have to crank the volume all the way up (or did you want to preserve your hearing?).

The first few songs on my playlist came and went, and there seemed to be a lag in the beat and the vibe that was annoying. The gap between songs was also very frustrating because it kills the vibration. You’re ready to cum and the music stops. That is not the kind of teasing that gets me off! Yes my friends, Jane has come of age. Jimmyjane is an eco-friendly California toy maker circa 1995 who designed one of the only waterproof (not just water resistible), submersible, rechargeable, vibrating toys on the market. Of course, you pay for this distinction, and naturally I was curious if the toys out of my normal price range actually deserve to be. So onto edenfantasys.com I did click, and hacked a chunk out of my available balance to the tune of $219.99. I only winced a little.

The expenditure proving its worth started off modestly, but notably, with a user friendly box cloaked in photos and detailed diagrams of the Form 6. The case is durable hard plastic, holds the vibe and its charger adaptor, and doubles as the charging base. This baby charges inside the case, even with the lid on. Nice! The instructions are so detailed they had to shrink the words, so bring your other two eyes. I took a crash course in button operation. Even though they illuminate for playing in the dark, I wanted to know my way around.

Now here’s the kicker: the Form 6 has a motor in each end, and they are bad ass, so the original charge should be 8 hours to maximize battery life. Yes, you read right, so plan ahead my friends. Find your center and get ready to be patient. After the virgin sail, four hours will do for two hours on this sensual schooner.
