I agree! I sent your package before all of the Don Wands issues came out. Wish I had known then what I do now! I totally feel bad for gifting you a lousy toy. I hope the other goodies turned out alright though!

I can’t believe it BROKE! That is just surreal. Do you know of a glass worker that could grind the sharp edges down by any chance? I have a diamond-bit glass grinder from days of playing with stained glass. I’m not sure if it would work on pyrex though. It is too bad there isn’t some warranty or a return policy when something like this happens.

It is very pretty & the light show would be cool–but I just couldn’t order one for all the same reasons listed. Customer service & other faulty reports just make me very leary.

Considering where a dildo is generally located while in use, the idea of one BREAKING during use is terrifying.

After seeing Carnivalesque’s hollow Don Wands glass dildo video and now reading this … even if they had the nicest, most polite customer outreach staff on the planet, I wouldn’t *touch* their glassware.

It broke while you were playing with it!? How? Ugh, that is just beyond ridiculous. I’ve NEVER had a glass toy so much as chip, and I have definitely played with my fair share of them. This, plus Carnivalesque’s leaky Don Wands dildo, really prove that Don Wands is making an inferior product.

As for RubyGlass21, I think you will be very impressed. They are wonderful people, and their products are top notch.
